By using the YOYO site and making a reservation, you agree to the following terms.
1. Reservations
Reservations are free and require no deposit. A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation.
Cancellation: please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot come.
Repeated no-shows without notice may limit your future reservations.
2. Menu and availability
Products, ingredients and availability may change without notice. Images are for illustration only.
3. Delivery
Delivery is provided by Glovo and governed by Glovo’s terms. YOYO is not responsible for delays or issues related to the delivery service.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the site for fraudulent purposes, disrupt its operation, or infringe the rights of others.
5. Liability and governing law
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, YOYO is not liable for indirect damages.
These terms are governed by Tunisian law; any dispute falls under the competent courts of Tunisia.
